Karthi fans, here’s something to add to your October watchlist. Sardar 2 is finally making its way to OTT, with the Tamil spy action thriller set to start streaming on Prime Video from October 1.

What is Sardar 2 about?
Sardar 2 continues the story from the first film and takes the action into a much bigger spy mission. This time, Inspector Vijay gets caught up in a dangerous operation involving a mysterious enemy and a deadly threat.
At the same time, the film connects the present-day mission with Sardar’s past, giving the story another layer. Expect plenty of action, secrets, espionage and twists as Vijay tries to get to the bottom of what is really happening.

Karthi returns to the spy world
Karthi once again takes on the franchise’s central roles, bringing back the spy-world setting that made Sardar stand out.
This movie features Malavika Mohanan as another star, alongside many others, both new and old. This movie also has S.J. Suryah in its cast, making him another intriguing addition to the movie.
With P. S. Mithran returning as director, Sardar 2 aims to expand the world created in the first movie while taking the story into a more action-heavy zone.
