Gajab Raat OTT Release:
Netflix has another Hindi thriller lined up for October, and this one looks like it could be a pretty interesting watch. Gajab Raat is an upcoming crime suspense thriller starring Manoj Bajpayee, and it is set to premiere exclusively on Netflix on October 23, 2026.
The film is directed and written by Ritesh Shah, while Neeraj Pandey is backing the project as producer through Friday Storytellers / Friday Film Works. With names like Manoj Bajpayee, Nushrratt Bharuccha and Saqib Saleem in the cast, there is already quite a bit of interest around the movie.
What is Gajab Raat about?
The makers haven’t revealed too much about the story yet, which is probably a good thing for a crime thriller. Gajab Raat is positioned as a suspense-driven story where secrets, investigation and unexpected turns are expected to play an important role.
Manoj Bajpayee plays Ajay Dixit, a police officer, putting him right at the centre of the mystery. Considering Bajpayee’s track record with serious crime and investigative roles, his character is easily one of the biggest reasons to keep an eye on this film.
Gajab Raat Cast
Apart from Manoj Bajpayee, the film has a fairly strong supporting cast. Nushrratt Bharuccha, Saqib Saleem, Divya Dutta, Akshay Oberoi, Kiku Sharda and Shraddha Das are part of the movie.
It will be interesting to see how these characters fit into the central mystery, especially since the film is keeping many of its plot details under wraps.
Who directed Gajab Raat?
Ritesh Shah has written and directed Gajab Raat. The film is produced by Neeraj Pandey under Friday Storytellers / Friday Film Works.
The combination of a crime-thriller setup and a cast led by Manoj Bajpayee makes this one of Netflix’s Hindi releases to watch out for in October.
