Cocktail 2 Box Office Collection:

Cocktail 2 is off to a very encouraging start at the box office. After collecting ₹14.10 crore on Friday, the film witnessed a healthy jump on Saturday with ₹17.15 crore coming in, taking its two-day total to ₹31.25 crore.
Directed by Homi Adajania, the film brings back the stylish, relationship-driven vibe that made the original Cocktail such a memorable film. This time too, the director keeps things light, emotional, and entertaining, while giving the younger audience exactly the kind of urban drama they enjoy watching on the big screen.
The film stars Shahid Kapoor, Kriti Sanon, and Rashmika Mandanna in the lead roles, and their chemistry has become one of the biggest talking points among moviegoers.
Shahid Kapoor delivers a confident and effortless performance. He carries the film with ease and looks completely comfortable in the modern, romantic setup. Kriti Sanon shines in several emotional moments and brings both charm and maturity to her character. Rashmika Mandanna adds freshness to the story and leaves a strong impression with her screen presence and energy.
One of the biggest reasons behind the film’s strong numbers is its appeal among young audiences. Metro cities and major urban centres have responded particularly well, leading to the impressive jump in collections on Saturday. The film’s music, glamorous visuals, and relatable relationship drama seem to be connecting with its target audience.
The response in smaller centres is still comparatively limited, but the strong urban performance has more than compensated for it so far. Trade analysts are expecting another solid day on Sunday, especially in the major cities where the film is performing best.

If the current trend continues, Cocktail 2 is comfortably heading towards a ₹50 crore-plus opening weekend, which would be a very good result for the film.
For now, Cocktail 2 has managed to do what every big release hopes for — attract its target audience, generate positive word of mouth, and build momentum over the weekend. All eyes are now on Sunday’s numbers to see how high the opening weekend can go.
