Satluj removed from ZEE5:

If you went to ZEE5 to watch Satluj and couldn’t find it, you’re not the only one. The film has been taken down from the platform in India, and ZEE5 has now put out a statement about it.
The company said the response to the film after release was much bigger than they expected. They thanked everyone who subscribed, watched the movie, and supported it. The message felt more like a thank-you note than a corporate announcement, with ZEE5 saying the love from viewers meant a lot to the team behind the film.

They also said they still stand by Satluj and the people who made it. According to the statement, they believe strong stories deserve support and can leave a lasting impact.
But the important part is this: Satluj is currently unavailable for streaming in India until further notice.
ZEE5 didn’t explain exactly what led to the removal, which is probably why a lot of viewers are confused right now. The platform only said that, because of the current situation, the film has been taken down for the time being.

They added that they’re looking at all possible legal and official options to bring the movie back as early as possible. So it doesn’t sound like a permanent removal, at least from the way the statement is written.

For now, though, people in India won’t be able to stream Satluj on ZEE5. There’s no return date yet, and fans will have to wait for another update from the platform.
One thing ZEE5 made clear is that its support for filmmakers and meaningful storytelling hasn’t changed. Even with the film being removed for now, the platform says it remains committed to backing stories told with conviction and purpose.
That’s where things stand at the moment: Satluj is off ZEE5 India for now, and everyone’s waiting to see when it comes back.
