Ramayana:
The music rights of Ramayana is set to generate buzz before the movie’s release, as reports say that the movie’s makers are targeting for a huge *₹100 crore* deal and Sony Music is leading the pack with an offer worth ₹70 crore
It is quite obvious as to why the makers would ask for such a large deal. Ramayana features the collaboration of none other than Hans Zimmer and A.R. Rahman. Both being highly renowned names in the industry, their collaboration has added up to make the music rights one of the most awaited part of the movie.
However, the question remains whether a blockbuster deal is enough to justify the music in the movie. In the end, it is going to be decided by the audience as to whether the music of Ramayana will be worth every bit of its high price.
