Band Melam: 
So yeah, Band Melam has locked its OTT deal, and it’s going to Zee5 after its theatre run. Not really surprising, but still good to know if you were planning to catch it later instead of going to the cinema.
The movie released recently and has been getting some decent attention, mostly because of its musical vibe and simple, rooted story. It’s not trying to be a huge spectacle or anything — more of a grounded drama with emotions and a bit of romance mixed in.
Zee5 picking this up actually makes sense. They’ve been focusing a lot on Telugu content lately, especially films that feel local but still connect with a wider audience. Band Melam kind of fits that space perfectly.
No official OTT release date yet, which is pretty normal. Usually these films take a few weeks after theatrical release before they show up online, so it’ll probably land on Zee5 sometime soon.
If you’re someone who prefers watching movies at home, you might want to wait for this one. Looks like the kind of film that could work better on OTT anyway.
