Eyes OTT Release:
SonyLIV has officially announced Eyes, a new Malayalam Original series that is set to start streaming from October 9. The interesting part is that viewers can watch the series not just in Malayalam, but also in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Hindi.
Directed by Manu Ashokan, Eyes features a promising cast that includes Kani Kusruti, Saniya Iyappan, Dev Mohan, Nikhila Vimal and Shruti Ramachandran.
Manu Ashokan is known for films like Uyare and Kaanekkaane, so there is already some curiosity around what he has planned for the OTT space this time. The combination of a strong cast and a SonyLIV Original has also made Eyes one of the Malayalam series to watch out for.

Eyes Series – What Is It About?
The makers haven’t revealed the complete plot yet, so there isn’t much point in guessing the story before the official release.
From the information shared so far, Eyes appears to revolve around relationships, obsession, control and fear. The tagline “Watch, Protect, Defend” also gives a small clue about the kind of world the series is building.
It looks like the series will slowly uncover the darker side of relationships and the situations that arise when affection crosses the line into obsession and control.
Strong Cast
Kani Kusruti leads the cast, alongside Nikhila Vimal, Saniya Iyappan, Dev Mohan and Shruti Ramachandran.
Having actors from different generations and backgrounds together is one of the things that makes the cast particularly interesting. More details about their characters are expected to come out as SonyLIV releases more promotional material.
