After the theatrical release of Gatta Kusthi 2 on July 3, which stars Vishnu Vishal and Aishwarya Lekshmi, the sports drama movie is all set to be released digitally. Under the direction of Chella Ayyavu, Gatta Kusthi 2 will stream on Netflix from July 31. Ramya Krishnan and Yogi Babu play vital roles in the film.
Plot
Where Matti Kusthi in Telugu ends, the sequel Gatta Kusthi 2 continues. Veera (Vishnu Vishal) keeps his promise of making his wife, Keerthi (Aishwarya Lekshmi), a national champion of wrestling.
Keerthi concentrates on her professional sports and work for the government while Veera remains at home looking after their daughter, Zara, who is six years old. But suddenly the couple’s harmonious life gets disturbed because of a jealous wrestling coach who wants to ruin Keerthi’s career.
In an attempt to do so, he creates misunderstandings between the couple and succeeds. Being convinced that Veera is behind his wife’s failure, Keerthi starts staying away from her husband.
