Netflix is adding two Indian movies to its OTT lineup this week and people who want something new to watch at home have a couple of choices. Irumudi and Modha Rathri are coming on the platform on September 18 bringing Telugu and Tamil cinema to audiences who speak languages.
Irumudi OTT Release on Netflix
Ravi Tejas Irumudi is making its debut on Netflix after a strong showing in theaters. The film is directed by Shiva Nirvana. Has Ravi Teja in the main role with Priya Bhavani Shankar, Sai Kumar and Baby Nakshatra in important parts.
The movie tells the story of a father and daughter. Takes an interesting turn when the daughter asks her father to perform an Ayyappa Deeksha. What begins as an emotional journey slowly brings family emotions, faith and conflict into the story.
After receiving a reaction in theaters the film is now ready for its OTT audience. Irumudi will stream on Netflix from September 18, in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi.
