Kanaka Durga OTT Release:
There’s a new Telugu OTT update for movie lovers. Kanaka Durga is set to make its digital premiere on ZEE5 Telugu after its theatrical release.
The makers have announced the OTT partnership with a powerful line: “When the divine descends, the devotee rises.” That line itself gives a glimpse of the devotional and spiritual flavour the film is expected to carry.
Starring Allari Naresh in the lead, Kanaka Durga is one of those films that seems to mix devotion with commercial entertainment. The movie will first arrive in theatres, and after its theatrical run, it will stream exclusively on ZEE5 Telugu.
The official OTT streaming date hasn’t been announced yet, so fans will have to wait a little longer for that update. But the announcement has already started getting attention among Telugu movie and OTT audiences.
The project has an interesting team behind it. Pradeep Maddali is directing the film, while BVS Ravi is associated with the project. Music is composed by Thaman S, adding another big name to the lineup. The film is backed by Birla Studios and Applause Social.
Allari Naresh has explored different kinds of roles over the years, and it will be interesting to see him in this devotional setup. The title Kanaka Durga itself has strong spiritual significance, which makes the project even more intriguing.
