Ramayana: Rise of a Legend:
Ramayana is easily one of the most awaited films of the year. Now, the makers have shared a fresh update that has got fans talking. The official title of the film’s first part has finally been revealed.
On Ranbir Kapoor’s birthday, the makers dropped a new poster and officially announced the title as ‘Ramayana: Rise of a Legend’. The poster was shared with the caption, “Bringing to life the greatest story in the history of mankind.”

Until now, the project had mostly been referred to as Ramayana: Part 1. The announcement of an official subtitle makes the upcoming epic even more interesting.
The film is being planned for release in premium formats, including 3D and IMAX. Another major highlight is its VFX work. The team working on the film includes the VFX artists who have worked on major Hollywood productions such as The Odyssey and Dune.
Ramayana is being made as a massive two-part epic and will release worldwide in Hindi and English. The first part is scheduled to arrive during Diwali.
The film is directed by Nitesh Tiwari and produced by Namith Malhotra on a huge scale. Ranbir Kapoor will play Lord Rama, while Sai Pallavi will be seen as Sita. Yash takes on the role of Ravana.

With its massive scale, star-studded cast, premium formats and ambitious VFX work, Ramayana: Rise of a Legend is shaping up to be one of the biggest Indian film projects to watch out for.
