Salman Khan’s Next Big Leap? A Superhero Film With Raj & DK Might Be On The Way

Salman Khan Raj & DK superhero film:

There’s a new bit of buzz going around, and honestly, it’s the kind that makes you pause for a second — because if it actually happens, it could be pretty wild.

Apparently, Salman Khan might be getting into the superhero zone. Yeah, like actual superhero stuff. And not just that — he’s teaming up with Raj & DK for it. That combo alone feels a bit unexpected, right?

Because on one side you’ve got Salman, who’s very much that big-screen, larger-than-life, mass entertainer type. And then Raj & DK, who usually do things a little differently — more quirky, a bit grounded, sometimes even weird in a good way. So putting them together… it’s either going to be really fresh or just confusing. No in-between.

People are saying it’s a “high-concept” action film, which could mean anything honestly. Maybe it’s not your typical cape-and-mask hero. Maybe it’s something rooted more in reality, or at least trying to be. If Raj & DK are actually doing their thing, it probably won’t feel like a copy of Western superhero films… hopefully.

Also heard that it might start shooting around October 2026. That’s still quite a while away, so yeah, this is very much in the early “let’s not get too excited yet” stage.

But the bigger question is — what kind of superhero would Salman even play now? A straight-up hero? Or someone a bit grey, maybe even flawed? Feels like the second option would be more interesting, especially with this kind of team behind it.

Bollywood and superhero films have had… let’s say a mixed relationship. Some worked, some just didn’t. So this one could either actually change things a bit, or just end up being another “good idea, not-so-great execution” situation.

Right now, there’s no official confirmation or anything solid. Just talk. But it’s the kind of talk that gets people curious.

Anyway, I guess we just wait and see if this actually turns into something real… or quietly disappears like a lot of these early reports do.
