There is something unique about a movie which stars Manoj Bajpayee and you would certainly stop scrolling down your timeline to see it. Sometimes, it is difficult to understand what to expect from it but you know that they will provide you with a reason to watch it. In this regard, Gajab Raat, which can be found online at Netflix website, looks really promising.
Directed by Ritesh Shah, the movie stars Manoj Bajpayee, Saqib Saleem, Akshay Oberoi, Divya Dutta, Nushrratt Bharuccha and Kiku Sharda. As you can see, the actors have different acting background and their collaboration in the movie makes it really interesting to watch.
Manoj Bajpayee is the actor whom I like the most. He has the ability to create such characters which look very natural. Sometimes, they are not active at all but there is always something going on.

The rest of the cast adds to the curiosity. Saqib Saleem and Akshay Oberoi bring a different energy, while Divya Dutta and Nushrratt Bharuccha have their own strengths. And Kiku Sharda in this lineup? That’s an interesting addition that makes you wonder how all these different personalities fit into the story.
But let’s be honest. A promising cast is only half the battle. We’ve all watched films that looked great on paper but somehow lost us halfway through. What really matters is whether the story holds your attention, whether the characters stay with you, and whether you feel the time you spent watching was worth it.
With Gajab Raat, I’d say go in with an open mind rather than sky-high expectations. If you’re browsing Netflix looking for a Hindi film that catches your eye, this one might be worth a look, particularly if Manoj Bajpayee is an actor you enjoy watching.
Verdict: The cast is enough to spark curiosity, and Manoj Bajpayee is a big reason to give Gajab Raat a chance. Whether the film itself lives up to that curiosity is something viewers will have to decide after watching it.
Gajab Raat is now streaming on Netflix.
