Performances
Ritwik Bhowmik handles Jai’s character with a good mix of emotional depth and natural expressions. His character’s journey gives the film its emotional base.

The festive atmosphere of Diwali season provides an agreeable ambience, whereas the comedy is used to compensate for the serious portions of the film. In some portions, however, the script should have been tighter, and some of the scenes last too long.
